Launched into Australian kitchens by The Women's Weekly in 1952, spaghetti bolognese is now Australia's unofficial national dish. We all make it our own way, but however it's done, it's Ragù alla Bolognese no longer – it's SpagBol.

In this podcast, bon vivant and journalist Claire Stewart invites herself into the kitchens of chefs, entertainers and politicians to discover if there is a definitive SpagBol.
