Head Chef and General Manager Tristian Hope (Executive Chef, Hugo's; Founder, Mad Pizza) is on a mission to take food truck offerings to the next level. With his vibrant and considered menus, Tristian has combined classic crowd-pleasers with the flair of contemporary flavours and local ingredients.
